1. Who is responsible

NOVANKYRA Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, registered in Ankara, Türkiye, is the data controller for this website. Company details are on the contact page.

2. What this website collects

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. It stores one thing in your browser: your language choice, so the site opens in the same language next time. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

3. Customer data and detections

When you deploy our platform, you remain the controller of your source material; we act as processor under your instructions. In on-premise deployments, nothing leaves your facility and we hold none of it. In managed cloud deployments, we process your data only to provide the service, in the region you select.

4. Where processing happens

On-premise deployments run entirely on hardware you control and can operate air-gapped. Cloud deployments run in the region agreed in your contract. We do not move customer data between regions without written instruction.

5. Retention

Retention is configured by you, per source, and frames, detections and archives expire on separate schedules. We do not keep customer material beyond the periods you set, other than where law requires it.

6. Training and reuse

We do not train models on customer data unless you have given specific, written and revocable consent for it. Absent that consent, your material is used to serve you and for nothing else.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers necessary to run a cloud deployment, under contract, and where a competent authority compels disclosure by law.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 — and under GDPR where it applies — you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period.
